Some of us in AF play at work where we have a 30mb pipe. I can download from the Microsoft Update servers at 1.5mbytes/sec. I am not talking about the speed of a T1 which is 1.5mbps. Ever since last patch we have been CTD'ing to hell and back.
Dear Sir, we're sorry to inform you that your narrowband 30mb pipe is not sufficient for Eve playing. :P
I hope this gets fixed soon. I love the game CCP and so does my corp.

It's a server side issue.

You play at work?
Why don't you work while you're at work?

EVE server problems Category: EVE Game | Author: __kreischweide 18:49, 19. August 2003 GMT The EVE server and the official homepage are having problems with a massive package loss, more and more for the last two days now. The reason is unknown and no official statement is avaible at the moment. So if you crashed to the desktop multiple times by now, this problem may be the cause. In England? LOL! Last I heard, they were still paying by the minute for dialup.

It would be nice if that kind of information could be posted in "Eve Information Central" as well.
Keeping silent doesnt make the problems go away, CCP.

Paying for dialup?
Sorry, some of us haven't done that in years.
Most seem to go for monthly fee unlimited access, or broadband these days.
Paying for dialup is more for those occasioanl users who wouldn't run up a big enough bill to make unlimited access worthwhile.
