No matter how you slice it, Luggage is the most cost effective tank, since I don't think there's a ship with more base structure, and the smaller the base structure, the less EHP the DC II adds and the farther ahead Luggage pulls.

It;s kinda funny to see how Concord deals with outlaws in EVE. Is like your going in downtown and kill some fat bankers nor politicians then the only consequences is that you cannot use public transportation and if your walk on streets people can kill you but not the police... this is the every anarchist dream come true in a video game :D
Personally I don't have issues with miners as they work for their money (afk or not, it's the game mechanics), but I wish that I could gank over and over all those scamming/spamming bots in Jita. Is why I support WiS.. just to be able to walk around in Jita and **** to death every bot :S |

Not that I bother logging in to play, just sp online atm, but I don't get the hate for endemic piracy, ganking and scamming, surely it's that sort of thing that brought most people to the game, nobody read breathless articles in pc gamer on the exciting high sec mining content.
Miners and Freighter pilots especially should be thankful for some reason to look at the game they are paying to play once more, as the majority of those 'players' have their own motto for eve: log in, tab out. |

Indeed, from my personal experience, Goons are a bunch of wonderful people. They like to chat about kittens, flowers and indeed weather.
Never in their wildest dreams would they consider ganking anyone.
There are however some bad people that impersonate Goons.
They make web pages like http://hulkageddon.goonswarm.com/ - fed with FALSE data.
Thats right, all of that data is false. Goons do not participate nor do they endorse ganking or scamming of any kind.
Other person or persons with connections to, now long forgotten and irrelevant queen SirMolle, slander and use good name of Goons and CFC in order to drag our names in mud.

I guess this clears stuff up.
But got some intresting stories from people just not here.
It comes down to drawing people in to the game. Confronting them with the fact that you will have to play smarter then just afking soloing the game.
Another story was all though alliances don't rule 0.5+ the game could be changing that there will be thinner lines between 0.0 and 1.0. This would help against botting
But pulling point one and two with this video shows how the game should or could be represented and for all 0.5+ players see what really happens. |
