Recently myself and others have been experiencing ore thiefs, players who steal from cans of ore in space. This is especially around the Eram/Pator region of Metropolis.
I am hereby offering a bounty of 1 million isk who brings me the corpse of any of the following known ore thieves. All these players have stolen ore from me or one of my friends:
Buba
Just Leonard
God ToHe
Tarrick
Billy Bob
Red Rob
Erithas
Ebil Pirate
Watti
Certhas Galathor
The list will be updated if more thieves are found.

Edit - I feel i should warn anyone who dosen't know, attacking a player in 0.5 or higher space will bring on an attack from concord. In all empire space you will recieve a 0.1 sec drop for shooting another player and a 1.0 sec drop for podding them.

Erm... Quick question; How much ore (value) has each individual stolen from you? Add the million isk bounty to it.
Placing bounties in Eve is throwing good money after bad. They die, you lose the isk, they respawn, buy another ship and clone at rock bottom prices, and carry on.

I don't care how much they stole or whether I lose money doing it, i just want their corpses as i kind of poetic justice. Plus the more people know their names the harder it will be for the thieves to operate.
Edit - Plus one of them sold me some isogen that he had stolen an hour before, that was the final insult :)

Hi,
you know that most ore thiefs are alt chars with little skill points ? (And so very low clone cost.) It's simple for them to take a shuttle let themself killed and earn 990k/2 with this ..

If there is a bounty on someones head, will shooting them in high sec systems provoke police action or not ?

Short answer is yes because they always have 0.0 or above sec status and you cannot place an official ingame bounty on them. They need a -1 sec status minimum to place a bounty on them. And even if they did, they would need a -5 sec status minimum before you can attack them free from penalty.

Bounties on ore thieves never work because they never leave empire space.
1M isk is NOWHERE near enough for anyone to risk a ship.
Use secure cans.
Use alts in Rifters to blow him up then delete the alts.
Repeat this every 5 hours.
