Here's the drawing for SCL 4.
Pandemic Legion and Reputation Cartel, as top 4 finishers in SCL 3, are guaranteed spots. Insurance Fraud Inc and Warlords of the Deep did not return this round.
This leaves 10 spots from the random drawing, so the first 10 teams on this list get in. I will be mailing these team captains to collect the entry fee.

Quick update:
We've had a team drop out (PL-A) due to scheduling conflicts or some such nonsense, and we're still waiting on a deposit from PL-B and Shadoo is MIA. Spiritus Draconis has also not supplied us with a roster or a deposit. Because of this we're trying to squeeze in the teams on the list that come directly after the cutoff.
I'm going in order trying to contact captain, then members of their respective ATXI teams as that's the only way I can think of to get ahold of people. So far I have a tentative probably from Boats, but their captain isn't online right now. As of this post I've tried to contact 10 people from Obsidian Front and am continuing to move down the list.
If I somehow missed you and you're higher up on the list please let me know within the next few hours as we're running out of time to get team names and rosters to CCP Fozzie. |

I canceled PL-A team participation well in advance, by sending eve-mail with the explanation to the appointed contacts, as per SCL #4 announcement post. While I can not speak for Shadoo, I'm sure he communicated also. Therefore the information you gave is not true, although I agree it has to do with the nonsense.
While I understand that it takes a lot of effort to organize such event, I think you would be better if you stick to your milestones, such as "Finalized team rosters are due to me by September 8th."
That way even if it wasn't communicated, you would have failsafe indicator that something may not be right.
As for communication, maybe you should use the forum you have on the SCL homepage, that way communication would be more transparent and visible to more people, both from the organization and public.

I apologize if I heard wrong. I know that you sent a mail in advance, but I didn't hear about it until a few days ago. As to the rest of it....Bahhhh staffing issues have really messed up how I normally delegate things. We're doing our best to make sure that SCL 4 will be as epic as SCL 3. I apologize for our shortcomings, please continue to bare with us while we go through this transition.
