Id just like to say a few things....
Firstly at no point in haishards post did he mention that MOC or Roid Activists had claimed Placid as theres. I think he was just expressing their hostilities towards the PC.
As for anyone else who claims the region i am sorry to say you are sadly mistaken. (camping ostingelle in stabbed up ravens dosnt mean you control the region~sorry tiller).
As of yet i dont beleive any real power or control has been established in placid.

Sorry, where did we say we control or claim the region. Pirate Coalition claims no space, only your ships, pods and cargo.
Stabbed ravens work very well if you have outlaw status, but thats another thread

Good god, whats a corp to do. Then again you can take the word of Haishard Kraylo without a grainsilo of salt.
This is the man who claims to have robbed a corp of its POS - when in fact no such POS existed,
and in fact the corp in question was a front.
I hope these depredations in placid dont drive crows to reveal the truth - a lot of people were taken in by Kraylos hoax, and no-one likes a smartass.

Rofl, you just wish that the real Placid pirates don't make a comeback like Crash003 and Bluflame ect.
The "pirates" hanging in Placid atm are mostly noobs the last time I checked (was a month ago though)

You are quite inaccurate. I've seen Crows in Syndicate a lot. I hunt rats there all the time and have to dock at least 4-5 times an hour as they pass through... 
As to Haishard's original post, it's a little vague for the assumptions being made in this thread, wouldn't you say? Knowing Crows, I bet it's just a way to get a bunch of people into Placid fighting each other. Based on what I've seen, it's worked! LOL
