come on CCP you had 2 months to get ready for these new players, now with over 20,000 players on the server it takes around 10 - 20 mins to get through a gate, work something out or the reviews for this game is going to go down hill and fast.

If you would have bothered reading the dev blogs, the stickies and some of the other posts you would have already known that they are busting their asses on it. They've ordered insanely more powerful hardware, are making tweaks and tunes constantly and have called in some real software architect gurus. They will handle it.

I have been reading that same crap for over 2 years now, and nothing changes. We just hade a fight with 2 ghost fleets never once seeing them or being able to control our ships. I am sure their logs will show nothing wrong with the lag tho.
CCP your servers are failing, and so are you as a company. Your repeated lies are old and tired.

It's fine to carry an opinion - but what you are doing is adressing the community. If you feel cheated and lied to, get in touch with the people who care about your opinion. Posting on the forum won't help you there.

Maybe .... removing the trial accounts would help ...
"I'm sorry CCP but your first duty is to the players who are paying" ...
Remove the trial account .... look at the problem while veryone else doesn't suffer ...

Last time I looked there was a limit of 200 trial accounts logged in at the same time. So they make up 1/100th of the server population.

I'll just ask the question, what do you need CCP? Do you need us to pay more per account? Do you need to kick us all off the servers for 2 weeks to fix the problem? I am what do you need to fix this problem? You KNOW it exists, You KNOW it's there, Why can't you fix it FFS? But repeated lies, and a lack of communication is eventually going to cost you the great success you've earned. Granted you've got success now, and it's good success, and the playerbase loves you for it, but you've GOT TO for the love of god fix something, and fix it quit. Your success won't last if you don't. Those of us with who pay your salaries and play your game the way you WANT it to be played are slowly wandering. How long will it be before we finally snap, not long if days like today keep happening.

the stupid thing is, i dont get most of this
i really dont. fine ive had some unfortunate acsidents with lag in the past leading to the loss of 3 battle ships and 2 AF(not all at once ). However 90% of the time im fine i simply hang round unsafe space. I say we make going into unsafe space compulsary espechaly if your a nubbin who has just spent all there hard earned cash on a new battle ship .
however i agree that if ccp needs something doing they should just say, if they do need to shut down for longer then 2 days or so fair enough. We dont mind that much just give us lots of warning.
but if not just carry on how you are and ill move back to derelik where the grass is green and the lag is none existant

tbh, ive played since beta, alwys blah blah we are doing this blah blah. But it only every gets worse i mean i remember in the gnw we could have 70 v 70 ish fights with little to no lag atal, its gone beyond the joke now and many ppl are actually wasting real money on a game they cant play like they want to.
It actually gets worse EVERY patch, how?, and before you press auto flame reply. I can say what i want iam a paying customer aswell.
