Come up with a new enemy much scarier than Sansha that is at least partly run by devs, and randomly select one region a month in high, low, or null to invade. No mercy, and as much destruction as possible. No patterns, nothing that could be reliably gamed.

in order to not be gameable - this should be DEVs in completely OP ships, fitting whatever they feel like that day/week/month, it would have to be completely human controlled, though maybe by only a few humans - no NPC's
For posting an idea into F&I:
come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it.....
If your idea can be abused, it WILL be. |

High sec mining titans should have mining doomsdays able to obliterate (and harvest) entire asteroid belts, that could be used completely AFK. In fact, you would not even have to log in to get the ore.
