New ship - Capsuleer Deep Space Transports
Allows for the docking of multiple (eg: 6) capsuleers as passengers to a ship piloted by a 7th. Passengers do not attract jump fatigue, the 7th (pilot) takes a % of the combined fatigue of all passengers. |

Change d-scan range according to ship size/type, recon will have better range than other t2 or t1 cruiser...., it is weird when pod has same dscan as titan. |
