u have 3 types cruise missiles, plz lookup on market the info of the standart wrath missile.
wrath precision cruise missile has:
-150 m smaller explosion radius.
-2x as slow explosion velocity:"
standart is 1000m/s precision one is 500m/s
- -20% max velocity penalty
cruise missiles are most times used on long range, using cruise missiles on 10km or less they will do less damage, theyrfore using these missiles in combination with webifiers sucks. and if u have the idea of having a friend webifie him and u stay ~60 km away from them, this will not work good becouse u have a nice 20% velocity penalty for being anoying.
wrath fury cruise missile compared to standart wrath
-20% capictor recharge rate penalty
-2000m/s slower max velocity
-60 more damage points
Cruise missiles are for long range, but seeing they are going 2000m/s of the 3750 slower you wont be able to use em for long range any more, becouse the flight time would be WAY to long.
- u trow away ur capacicator meaning u can not tank good enough for short range. so they are 100% useless.
EDIT: explosion velocity of high precision fixed, its right now

You muppet, Precision Cruise missiles have basically undone most of the work to stop Raven's from annihilating anything with the same weapon fit regardless of range.
Those precision missiles will hit Cruiser for pretty much full damage and I wouldn't like to take them on in a frigate either.
Fury's aren't fantastic, but who cares when you can have pretty much the old Raven back with no real side effects (Who cares about being slower when you can nuke tacklers within scramble range with your anti BS weapons).

...think it's quite the oposite: 1000m/s is the double of 500m/s, not the opposite
oh and imho, precisions have a role: kill smaller stuff better than their T1 counterparts.

It sounds like you think the velocity penalty is for your missles, it's not. It's for your ship. Your ship goes slower not the missles.
