We have a very active and friendly community and several channel operators to keep it clean and friendly. Rules: Do: Discuss Belts, rats, gankers and ore prices. Share resources such as graphs or charts. For up mining fleets Have fun Don't: Advertise corps. Beg, Spam or Scam. Use this channel to find targets. Argue with channel operators or other members. Weekly newsletters are sent after downtime every saturday. Alliance fund: We are hoping to form a Miners Lounge alliance, with the goal of aiding and supporting newer mining/industry corps and aiding the industry community overall. However, as you may know, forming an alliance is not cheap. To form one there is an initial fee of 1,000,000,000 ISK, and then a monthly fee of 2,000,000 per corporation. We do not want to charge corps to join the alliance, so we need to raise some money to found it. Please send all donations to this fund to Miners Lounge 623,000,000/1,100,000,000 ISK Raffles: We are currently running an Orca raffle, 70 tickets, 10mil per ticket. To purchase a ticket, send 10mil (Per ticket) ISK to the Miners Lounge corp and put "Raffle" as the reason. Newsletter Corp advertisement: Every week we send out a newsletter containing channel and mining related news. At the bottom of this newsletter we allow a corp to advertise. Over the week, corps can "bid" on the position, with the starting price at 5mil and bids going up in multiples of 500k. On Friday I will contact the highest bidder, who will then send me their corp ad and their payment. The ad will then be featured in the newsletter the following day. The same corp may not be featured in the newsletter 2 weeks in a row, meaning if your corp is featured 1 week, you may not bid the following week.
