So I have been experiancing alot of bugs during my 10 years of gameplay with CCP and EvE Online
Somehow i lose crap in the most fubar situations and CCP ALWAYS seems to be aware of the bugs and there faulty software and they still do never feel the need to reinburst there players.
I always ask CCP GM employees since they are aware of these bugs why they do not inform there playerbase of there KNOWN BUGS / ISSUES to make there playerbase aware of the crap they can't fix or are working on fixxing so there playerbase can act accordingly and make the necessary adjustments but no, I have never recieved a reply from any gamemasters why they do not do this and they havent done it yet after 2 years of me asking this question.
My suggestion to CCP: "Known issues and bugs" forum thread.
I'm so unhappy with there performance and i would like to reach out to the general playerbase and ask what you think?

Well after doing the research and looking at the thread my post is still valid, i found someone talking about one of the bugs ccp staff is aware off after having scrolled through 7 pages and still they do not make anything sticky or reply from a GM with a solution.
the solution given is a player provided solution. |

Aplogy accepted.
But first, you have to point out all your errors and set a good example for CCP in pointing out theirs.

the last bug ship loss i had was years ago, when i lost an Eos about 30 seconds AFTER coming OUT of warp, after fleeing from a fight.. (was NOT followed) that was back when the Eos had a 125mb/s drone bandwith, havent had any blatant bug losses since

There are so many cases where CCP is aware of bugs but they have no willingness to make there player base aware of these issues regardless on how big or small there bugs are and in my every attempt to ask ccp staff why they do not make there bugs available for the public to read on a simple site where they acknowledge there bugs so their player base can make the necessary adjustments or precautions they have never answered or simply just close the petitions...
And they are never willing to admit the bugs in the reimbursement petitions but when i ask about these bugs on separate account under a different category they always respond with "we are aware of the ...... and will be deploying a fix in the next patch ...."
there is no way to set an example for ccp since they will ban you if you copy paste or even talk about the contents of your petitions. |

CCP doesnt reimburse or anything else your most assuredly asking them to do because of the bugs, because its sets a precedent and a slippery slope, if they reimburse you for this loss, then what becomes the standard for "reimbursable" and can it be manipulated for people to get ship replacements they shouldnt?
CCP looks into the bugs and fixes them as theya re able, they make known bugs avaialble through the forum, if you dont take the intiative to view the contents of the related forum sections, then thats no different than not reading an EULA, as in, its not their problem. so in the end, its easier to let losses be losses, etc etc.
butignoring everything i just said, why were you even flying soemthing that was such an annoying loss to you that it requried a post? fly cheaper stuff |
