Isn-¦t every race supposed to have their special quarters? Amarr quarters should have Amarr design if you play an Amarr merc.
My problem is that my Caldari merc always has a Amarr quarter. =/

They do? You might be experiencing a glitch, all the quarters are stylized after the captain's quarters in EVE, and all four races have their own.

I'm fairly certain it is based on your location, and that means you are somehow located in Amarr space.

In that system all faction stations exist, so I might well as be in one of them. Though it-¦s always the same station and the same system.
Does a DUST mercs always have the same mercquarters?
