Isn't really a buyout is it? buyout = buy it now... and everyone knows "Now != right now" but on like 24h escrow or something.. if Dark Shikari can't do 24h escrow it is fair for the other bidders to bid as well.. especially if they are willing to bid 2ce the buyout. If we can't negotiate a sensible timescale for transfer then I'll reopen the bidding/offer but I see no point speculating on that at the moment - he got in fast on a great deal and unless circumstances change he got that deal. 2Bn was rather deliberately 'a bit low' - I was after a fast sale and it's still a great return on my own investment. I don't really have the time to "drum up interest" so I wanted it sold as easily and quickly as possible. If the buyer resells it immediately for 3Bn then good for him.

By "I can't get it for a bit" I mean "I won't be home until 10 hours from now to pick it up" And no, I won't be "waiting until my TP2 BPO BPO finishes to pay."
