DTAS is the executor corp in a long standing successful PVP alliance which has been based in NPC Pure Blind for more than 7 years. Its gone through many phases, at the moment we are now returning to our roots as small gang / skirmish warfare specialists and our fleets range from 5-6 to 30ish but never really more than that.
The atmosphere is extremely relaxed, most of us are fairly mature mid 20's to 40's types. There is no bullshit, compulsory ops, people screaming about losses, statistic watching etc etc. Its a game and we treat it that way. As it happens the stats tend to look after themselves as its a very competent outfit.

The corp and alliance is mostly PVP, with some Indy and PVE guys, although many cross over. The PVP is usually around EU and US TZ, ie, from 1800eve through to 0400, with 2100eve being the most popular time for roams to begin. PVP is open to all and all levels of experience are catered for, our FC's are first class and well known throughout the game, its an excellent place to learn that side of things - its what I did.
Other corps in the alliance run roams too (we have a good NZ/Aus group of players) and we have an excellent relationship with them, most of our roams are mixed fleets of all sorts in the alliance.
Industry stuff takes place all the time but I am no expert on that side. Suffice to say you can do as much of that as you want. There is is a reimbursement programme with the usual caveats but most losses are dealt with by according loot gained on our roams. You are otherwise expected to stay fairly self sufficient in ships.
