god forbid the game should help newbies figure out what's going on

God forbid they ask someone who knows how the skill system works. Now no one knows where to find x skill off the top of their head.

Considering CCP's new approach at making this game new player friendly (Playable by more 12 year old splurging spastics) We have now been introduced to a new way of layout out skills.

Following the new pattern of putting skills that affect fitting into the engineering into an engineering tab ect,, Does it really make sense that skills with different attributes are also in the same tab.

examples:

Weapon Upgrades: Perception Memory
Advanced Weapon Upgrades: Perception Willpower

compared to

CPU Managment: Inteligence Memory

Literaly makes no sense.

Please think about all aspects of the changes you make in future. instead of directly focusing on making the skills system dribbler proof.

no-one uses it to desribe people with cerebral palsy anymore, because people had started to use it as an insult. this was twenty years ago. i'm sure you can think of other words that have changed in meaning over the years. language isn't something defined by a dictionary, it is always changing.

I suggest referencing a dictionary before getting all worked up, you know, to educate yourself.

Indeed it is. And it's up to people who use the language properly to not allow otherwise acceptable words to fall out of use simply because someone decides that one day they'll use it as an epithet.
