I've been waiting now for 6 hours. not even a reply from anything. OMG this sux. I just want a notification of anything that is being done. These attacks after some research seemed to have been mainly directed at people within our pvp circle. This is bad, lowest form of scum on earth. Sorry we beat you so bad ingame. A surrender woulda sufficed. I hope you rot in hell.

It appears that the people who had their accounts hacked are the one's that can't get the Forgot Password thing to work. It tells them the email address and username are not correct when they try it (this is of course assuming these people know for a 100% fact that the email address on the account is correct). Mine were correct and now they say they are incorrect. The only way this could happen is if the account was hacked and the hacker logged in and then changed the email address to prevent the original owner from being able to fix it. Hopefully the character delete timer won't have expired before the GM's get the problem fixed. Remember, the hackers can (and probably will) delete your characters if they GM's don't fix your password within 10 hours. Judging by the amount of time that has passed already I am already assuming that my characters are gone.

I haven't been able to get my new password either. When i request for a password there are no error messages. It just keeps telling me that the password has been sent bla bla. The customer service is just appalling. People like myself are now left out in the cold with no updates whatsoever. Who got hacked? Individuals or CCP servers? I'm gonna speculate that it's the latter to provoke such a drastic move from CCP. It's been 6 hours now and I'm seriously getting quite annoyed.

characters in eve arent actually "deleted" per-se their just moved to different corp that has an ID of 0 I believe.

Well. I've been waiting all day and now Im sad to think all my work has been destroyed. 3 years, billion upon billions in assets and now I know for a fact that Its gonna be a big fight to even get my stuff back. I personally would like an email saying, Hey were trying to help you cause your account was hacked. But I haven't got anything.
It really can't take that long to get ur pass changed, even manually. Only 20k accounts were locked. But anyway.
