Well there was an ISD locked thread that showed it was locked at some time after this thread was made. So the ISD's are around.
Maybe the ISD's are watching this thread for people who speak badly against them and CCP. That way when they do their next ban-hammer round all they need to do is come to this thread.
Yet again maybe they just haven't noticed this thread and I'm just being paranoid. The world may never know . . .
