You keep saying your going to make it better and then we wake up to you only making it worse! Not even with a patch but prolly something you initiated during a maintenace period. How about fixing all the stuff you screwed up with this new release instead of creating more problems!! Have a nice day, I'm going to play WoW till you get your head out of your ass! they always tell us it gets better, but it doesn't really.. i'm playing eve for 3/4 year now and there is no real performance gain.. offcourse there are 20K people online now instead of 12K 8 months back.. but i could at least play eve normally.... which now is definitly not the case..
just hope that after the january 10th patch it all gets a little better 
eve still is the #1 mmorp when playable

woah..that is totaly uncalled for!!. I'd like to see you administer high quality gaming environments to 20,000 people. CCP is a great team and have proven so for years now. You watch they'll get it straightened out. Im waiting for my other character to get straightened around. And im patient. no need to get all hyper and   Griefer on us. Have some patience and trust that they will get everything taken care of. Have a good day everyone. Keep it up CCP.

No he is completely right. CCP needs to get off their asses and fix this lag problem and mem leak NOW. Not @@$@$ a month after it hits. RMR is clearly bugged and CCP has 0 customer service skills. Where I work when something goes wrong we don't @#$@$# wait 3 months to even publicly address the issue. We get it fixed as soon as we @#$@$ing can.

Wow, I still disagree. Do you think you are making them feel any better about something that they had no control over? I hate to be the one not rolling with the crowd but im sure they feel terrible and are very overwhelmed. The abusive criticizm dosent help either. Im Lead Administrative Technition in RL and let me tell you how it works. We have a problem, we try as hard as we can as a team to get it fixed as fast as possible. On the otherside are the consumers and the people I work with. Everyone shows us a huge amount of respect because were putting our skills to the test and helping them get on with thier lives. Its a great sence of satisfaction and seriously makes us work much better. I cant believe how ungratefull you all are. CCP gives you the greatest game ever made in the history of man and you complain when one of the gears come loose. Have some faith in these guys they know what their doing. Sorry for making this long but one other thing dropping @@!!%$#*^'s all over the place makes your argument much less impacting on the reader. Infact its childish to say the least. Have some respect for the people reading these forums.

The only problem i have found lately are little things... which end up turning into big things. Yes ever has some pretty bad memory leaks which should be looked at and they have been there since i started playing (over 2 years ago), better support for multiple clients on 1 pc needs to be added also (ie logging tool needs to be effective for multiple rather than just 1 client since more people have multiple accounts than they used to).
Having said that, these issues are nothing compared to the customer service. 2 out of my last 3 petitions i have recieved copy and paste responses from GMs who did not even read my petition, what i find offencive is that the copy and paste responses ask for the exact information i give them. It is not all GMs who do this but there are a distinct few i have noticed, and have heard about from others. When CCP fixes their customer support to be more effective, no matter how many problems eve has, if they can be fixed quicker, then the players will not notice the problems as much. It will also help the GMs to find out what is actually causing the problems to begin with.
Lotus Angel, if you do infact work at CCP like you imply, then please do me a favour. Find the person who made the deciscion to change the password on my main account, when you find them, slap them, i am STILL waiting for my password back >.<

Lag is horrible ... being stuck at gates, undocking, petition, petition ... I have to say, since RMR my joy of playing is gone alot!
They nerved the drones as it supposedly caused the lag, now they proved it didn't, so give me back my drones!! :)

Hey Lotus Angel. Maybe you should go to Sweden and rub CCP's feet like a good lil' suck up! What are you, thier undercover PR person or something? Why is it every time someone posts thier frustration there's always some candy ass feel goodie wagging fingers in the direction of naysayers? The world isn't always nice and that's okay too.
True this is by far the best MMOG ever, when it functions properly. But seriously. While 20k players pay 15 skins a month to play an awesome game that isn't so awesome at the moment; the least CCP could do is throw a bone our way for bieng loyal paying customers. No matter how great they are at building a game, they suck at maintaining it. I doubt they give two ****s about those who quit due to lag because they've pumped so much dough into adverts they've got 20k more players in the chute waiting to take up more memory space and create more lag and continue to make CCP's executives some very good money. Seems they didn't put enough thought into testing rmr before launching it, seems they were pulling the cart before the horse. I know I've been guilty of that one, but if someone's hard earned cash is on the line I make good. That's just good business recovery. I don't think the employees at CCP are A-holes, just maybe a bit inexperienced at working out the kinks and have no clue about customer service. I'm frustrated, but willing to see what hapens this month.
So how bout' it CCP? Any free months coming our way? Got anything to say, or do you just hope us winers will either quit or shut up?

I am betting the same thing.
I completely agree that the memory leaks and current lag are unacceptable. But what do all you whiners think the CCP dev team is doing, taking a nice vacation? It takes time to fix software bugs, and more time to find ones in a huge program like EVE. It will get fixed, they are working on it, chill out. Cancel if you wish to make a point, all it does is make the lag better for everyone else.

some people are saying wait and do nothing and some are complaining about the poor quality of service let alone the lack of feed back. 
If you paid for a service i.e. car rental, electricity/gas supply, TV on a monthly basis, and god forbid it was eratic, the car kept slowing down, you suffered power cuts on a continual basis, lost your TV signal for days at a time and this was all a regular occurance, would you stay clam and wait hopefully for it to be fixed? or would you complain?
It has taken me 45 minutes to do 3 jumps, 20 minutes of that was trying to get out of the hangar. I don't even live in a busy place, and there was only 11k online when I logged in, so no more 20k ppl is hard to manage comments please, it's obviously not just the amount of ppl playing.
I want my money back, I work away for a lot of the time so when I'm home I would like to play EVE and I can't because of the poor quality of service we all receive from CCP.
I'm sure the whole team are there right now frantically try to fix it all.............NOT

Like I said. I pay to play, and lately I have not been getting my money's worth. Maybe this will help you to understand us winers:
Say you just bought a new car. You drive it for about 3 months and the dealer calls telling you to bring the car in for un upgrade to the engine. You get it back from the shop and it runs like crap. You call the dealer to explain the problem--only to get an automated response telling you to trouble shoot your car from a master mechanic's perspective--and if that doesn't work to drive your car as best you can until they can call back and have you come in. Unfortunately because thier cars were built quickly and cheaply they are falling apart and the garage is backed up for an undetermined amount of time. Then to add insult to injury the car company expects you to keep making your payments on time with nothing in the way of compensation for the inconvenience thay've caused you, the customer. No rental car is offered, not even a bus pass. Wouldn't you have a few choice words about the situation to share with a representative from that company? If not then hey, I got this real purdy land fer sale out in Florida. :D
I really don't want to cancel. Eve totally rocks!!! I think it's lame that you have a problem w/ people venting thier frustration with CCP. Take a look at all these gripes and count how many responses CCP has posted.
Yeah. 
Perhaps they are sooooo swamped trying to get thier asses out of the sling that customer service has been moved to the back burner. Still, no excuse. That's why I'm posting here, hoping someone at CCP is reading all these complaints and maybe getting the hint. If you don't have a problem w/ EVE or CCP then why bother responding to, or even reading, these threads?

Aye.. i have some lag sometimes, lost a ship to it and made a petition. Got the ship back after 2 days minus the loot that was canned.
I dont get all this %ñ#"%# and %ñ#"%" whats the big problem for u guys, is it so huge that u need all this %ñ#"ñ#" and %ñ#"! words to explain what u mean?
I mean, look at EVE for a sec, this game is huge, it has so much stuff to do and so many items to use and skills for it that not even Santa himself could fix allt this on x-mass-EVE ;)
This is a great game (read the greatest ever) and its not all that unplayable ass u make it sound, or is it..realy?
Ok, i feel bad for the guys who lost their passes and must wait for them but im sure ccp will fix something extra for u.
I know it will get better and if a ingame issue kills my ship i just petition it. If i loose a ship by own mistake ill accept it, otherwise i petition and wait.
Sitting on a forum and using SHIFT-numberkeys is just lame and 10-yearoldish.

Posting an insulting rant on the forums will not get you anywhere, nor is it constructive. Also, next time, please do not post your thread subject in all capital letters.
If you had been reading some of the Dev Blogs in the past few days/weeks, you would have been aware that there is currently new hardware undergoing testing, to optimize performance on the EVE Tranquility server. As with all optimization, there can be some hiccups - so please bear with us. All of us are affected by this.
