Fate is the next generation of PvP corps. Few standings will be held. Never shall we declare to be "Pirate" or "Anti-Pirate".
One week we may have a merc contract, and the next we may be conducting guerilla tactics against various alliances.
In short: This corporation will be what the members want. If they want time off to go make some cash, it will be given. If they want to get a gang together to go stop a gate camp, it will be done. If they feel that a certain area is becoming increasingly difficult to get a fight in, we will leave.
Here is where we go from looking like an honest democratical corporation to a **** corporation... And I hope **** is not filtered.
Requirements: in order of importance
 Ventrilo: The ability to use, including both listening and speaking.
This is THE most important requirement, some of the other requirements can be bent or worked around, this one CANNOT. All intel, meetings, discussions, voting, and whatever else I feel like doing will occur on vent. Interviews for the corp will also occur over vent, so get a mic if you dont already have one.
Disclaimer: We do not intend to exclude the deaf or mute from our corporation, but it must be, we are sorry.
Activity - All timezones
Activity is a huge part of any corporation. We want a small corp, of highly active people, so we all learn to trust and respect eachother. We do not want a large corp, because with large corps, comes the logistics of keeping a larger number of players organized, and 'out of trouble', increasing the chances of stupid mistakes being made, thus losing reputation. Reputation makes this game.
Self Sufficiency*
Being self sufficient is important for this style of corporation. Due to us not requiring you to contribute anything to us, count on us not being able to contribute anything to you. Note: This is not set in stone, as ships are killed, and the corporation hangars grow, the loot inside will be completely available for use by the pilots within, but for the time being, ammo and mods will not be supplied to you.
The ugly duckling: Skillpoints.
I hate to put a requirement on skillpoints, so I am NOT. More skillpoints are helpful, but as I have seen from past recruitments, we have gotten loads of skilled pilots with below 5 million skillpoints. These lower skillpoint pilots usually listen to all your advice, and are not completely set in their ways, thus helping them in the long run.
However; We will have a skillpoint limit on the ships you are allowed to fly. If you have 1.3 million skillpoints, you will not be in a raven in our corp. We'll toss you in a rifter and let you tackle  .
*Loot from ships killed will be divided amongst those pilots that participated in the kill.
Contact (Via eve-mail please) Hamatitio or Phonix with the following:
Skillpoints (just to get a feel)
Specialties (Race / Weapons)
Timezone / hours usually played.
A good time to contact you as well.
Channel "Fate" has been setup for public purposes, although eve-mail will be the preferred way of contacting us.
