u know that your not allowed to actually sell your account, selling the character is fine but u have to pay the 30euro transfer fee as the eula states.

Mate... with a Sec Rating of -5.4 the char is pretty useless for most people unless they want to spend alot of time to get it up above -5.0 again...
But 100m to get you started on the char itself...

if you need to raise yoru sec, it takes about 2 weeks of npcing in 0.0 to get from -6 to 0.0 so its not that bad

some people dont seem to understand what "Bid incrememnts of 25mil" means if you arent gonna obey by that why dont you just put 1m?!
