You're right about him accepting your offer, but that's an integrity issue.
He has the right to change his mind at any time before transferring.

ya my first time bidding lol I njust took it as bidding can get a toon underpriced or over priced that's the game but when ccp has it set up this loose they should not call it a auctions, just a make me a offer sale because this is not a auction lol |

There is no way they can make this a binding contract as long as real money is involved in ( at least some of the ) transfers.
Besides, there are many more buyers not respecting their bids than sellers. Some dont even have the isk they bid. What should CCP do about those ? |
