This 38 million SP Gallente character can do it all. Perfect isk printer for highsec or nullsec. Can fly or is near to flying the majority of common PVP doctrines. Great research and industrial skills for easy passive isk-printing! This can be taken advantage of also in high or null. Jump drive capable and has many support skills making it close to flying a carrier or a dread.
