Please take the time to read it here as it may explain why it took some time before you received an answer over the weekend. 3000 requests is a lot to deal with even for an experienced and hard working GM team that EVE is lucky to call her own. My broken heart leaves my mind in pieces, temptation wins in the end

When a petition is taken from the queue and answered, do updates to that petition go back in the queue or are they higher on the priority list (since it's the current petition but still unresolved)? The reason I ask is it seems they unlocked one of my accounts yesterday but failed to unlock the other one (the petition mentioned both accounts with all the details). I updated the petition asking for them to re-read the original and unlock my other account as well but so far I've had no response since yesterday morning. Can someone yell over there and ask them to look at the petitions they are working on that are still open?
Xuxiang	Posted - 2006.01.09 16:32:00 - [10] If I could offer just a bit of constructive criticism here, at least provide end users with some sort of information about where they are in the queue, and if something is missing or wrong with their request let them know. Have had a case open since Friday morning with only the standard automated responses and no resolution...just starting to not feel the love. That said, as usual thanks for putting up with all of us. Looking forward to seeing everything get resolved and back on track.

You are 100% correct. Blogs on this site are not visible unless you can log in (which is stupid) and people with single accounts that have been locked out CAN NOT DO THIS! Come on CCP...
