If one wanted to fly a capital on a test server, would you have to train all the skills, (150-190 days), and construct the beast? (around 8 weeks)? If so, is there a way to shorten the time it takes? And expanding on this, are there designated docking facilities? |

All ships and items seeded on SiSi can be bought for 100 isk, Super caps,(titans and MOMs) and faction, DED, and officer stuff is rarely seeded. But yes, you have to train the skills before you can fly it.
Personally I have all the prerequisites trained on TQ so when I jump on SiSi I just need to buy the capital skill books and am good to go in a couple days. Don't have them on TQ due to the high cost, I am not going to plug in the books until I am actually ready to buy/build one.
i9f you are a ways from getting into one on TQ, you can show up for mass tests on SiSi. each one you participate in gets you credited 2 mil SP. A few tests and you have enough SP to get in a capital.
As far as log in goes, it depends on when the mirror was taken. Your characters, and account status is what it was when they took the mirror, not when it was deployed. They were supposed to have fixed this. The account activations were supposed to be automated according to a dev post some time ago. Maybe they do not have it working yet. But there was a thread for activating SiSi accounts. |

2. Whenever I attempt to access singularity, it says my username/pass. is not valid. Keep in mind that I started about 2 months ago.
1. Yes, you have to train everything.
1.5 You can buy most of the capital ships aside from SUPER Capital Ships (Titans/Supercarriers)
2. The last mirror was about 3 months ago so you are not in the database and therefore can't login.

if you dont want to wait 100+ days make sure to get on the mass tests (not planned for a bit though) and you can get a decent amount of sp to try new thing |
