i just think the CPU modules need a powerdiag-like modules that gives you 5% more CPU and a few extra bonuses...
(braimstorming follows below and should not warrant flaming)
maybe a agility or a tracking bonus for guns...
more CPU should do something

I happen to think also that CPU units need their bonus boosted. And they need some kind of MAPC equivalent. They dont need a pdu equivalent, though.
Meh. It doesnt really matter so much, though, I'd rather other stuff get fixed first :)

there is no real need for such a module. While it may be nice to have, it just doesn't add to the game balance

I beleive those are called CPR's ^^
NOS isn't supposed to be countered, if your target can drain your cap before you die then you aredoing it wrong or fighting a BS with a frig, i managed to take a nos rax to 1/3 armour in my proph before the cap gave out.

Cap Relay
Cap Charger
Cap Battery
Target Jammers
PDU
Your own Nos
etc etc etc etc
Other anti Nos things:
Range, since nos range sucks by size category. Keep away if you're scared.

ok lets get back on track 
i just feels the CPU mods are like the RCU... i never fitt them...
id rather have 2 DIAGs then 1 RCU... unless i really have to
