Had this idea a while ago,just wanted to know what people thought of it
new item would be a
'Planck Bubble Generator'
hi slot item
+10% cargo capacity
the new skill would be a 'plank bubble fine tuning' and every lvl would increase the efectiveness of the generator by 3%, so at lvl5, you would get a 25% hold bonus.
it would a rank 5 skill or so.

Nice idea to add a skill in some form that enables increase in cargo space. Even if it was concieved as an efficiency in the storage of items .. i mean those 1600mm armour plates .. do you just throw them in the hangar willy-nilly, or stack 'em efficiently?

I thought of that at first, but then rememberd about the plank bubble that was on the news section a while back, which allows capacity to be larger then vloume.
So i figured if it works on cargo containers, whats to stop someone generating the same type of field inside their ship.
and it could frely be limited to 1 item per ship, as the news already explains how a plank bullbe inside a plank bubble is not possible.

I Like that idea!
but for more realistic terms...
3 different grades of plank bubble: hi med and lo.
lo is 10% increase
med is 20% increace
hi is 30% increace
but for thair good expamting quality, there should be a price . like severly decreaced structure and maybe some arnor, a reduction of shield and recharge rate (to maintain the bubble). and a plank bubble fine tunung skill 3% or 5% adon to planck bubble's size to volume ratio increace per level so at planck bubble tuning skill lvl 5 with a high grade bubble max bonus would be 45% (i might go for the 3% bonus cause this sounds too big). i also have an idea for planck bubble strenghening modules (bonus to armor structure and plank bubble sizr, but this might be going too far with the idea ). anyways, what do you think of upgraded idea?
