In response to the recent lengthening of the policy concerning "new players" and rookie systems, I would like to publically state that I will continue to gank miners whom I find to be in violation of the Code, without regard to the age of their character.

I don't typically check the employment history of my gank targets, and I'm not about to start.

A non-comp is a non-comp is a non-comp, and I will NEVER check one of their employment histories to make sure I'm not killing a new player, be they in an Orca or a Venture.

I can almost 100% promise you that the last thing CCP will ever mess with is the non consensual aspect of PVP in this game.

That is where you're wrong. They have explicitly stated that griefing new players in starting systems is if not a bannable offence, a stern warning and then temp-bannable offense. Just like any other company they don't want people leaving the game because some douche mcdoucheface pods a new player as soon as they undock the first time.
