Is there a way to set station containers/vaults to NOT 'lock' items by default when they're dropped into the can? Apologies if this is a bonehead question, but I didn't see an obvious way to do this.

ctrl + a, right click and select 'unluck all'.
But yes, it is dman annoying :D

Thats ok but since RMR it takes an age for the menu to appear which makes it twice as annoying ( time increasing the more items you have in there locked or unlocked  )
WHY does it have to be this way, I for one would like to see this reversed, can;t be that hard to do surely ?

After all the "optimizations" of the RnD system, its pretty incredible that this completely useless "feature" still hasn't been adressed.
The DB hits caused by this on a daily basis must be MASSIVE, and still, CCP chose not to make them unlocked by default.
Its been an annoyance since station containers was introduced, and probably will be, many many months to come.
