The Atron gets a 10% bonus to cmall hybrid turret damage, yet the damage modifier of my gun is the same as when it's fitted on my Incurses, which only gets a 5% damage bonus. What gives?

In the object explorer, shipbonus1 is 5, shipbonus2 is 10.
Looks like a simple typo bug.

It's SUPPOSED to have a +5% Damage bonus and a +10% Accuracy Falloff bonus.
This was changed FROM a +5% Damage bonus and a +10% targeting range bonus.
I.e. the 10% damage description is a typo.
Nyx is Erebos' wife. Together they have two children, Thanatos and Charon. Why is Charon Caldari?! |

is this fixed? i just got some T2 electrons well the damage aint too good.

1. it's a typo
2. you should be punched in the face for using T2 anything on a noob frig. Plus they're electrons, which don't exactly have high damage multipliers.

So, nobody remembers that incident of an Interceptor being brought down by a Badger and a couple of Ibises which were fitted out with Tech II 125mm Railguns...?
I forget exactly where it was, and posting killmails is a no-no, but even newbie ships have damage bonuses that can be used to the pilot's advantage.

3.8x with a 1.5s rof aint too shabby considering my skills arnt the best, been taking down the little 175k BC's all morning its fun in a t1 frig. just lacks the punch to hurt NPC's BS's or the harder BC's. atron could be a really excelent t1 frig its just could with a little buff atm.

The Atron is perhaps the most fun T1 Gallente frig, how can you not love it? The fall off bonus is a blessing. Too bad it is outperformed in every aspect except for speed by the Incursus. Incursus is my favorite frig.
I find that the Atron is an excellent anti-miner (yeah, piracy) and first line tackler (you know, the disposable grabber who holds the target long enough for the bigger ships to warp in and take over). As an active tackler throughout a fight, Im a little bit unsure though. Most forms of missiles shreds it pretty quickly, and most BSes will instapop it with a lucky hit.
