Serin Reik	Posted - 2006.01.11 10:32:00 - [1] Does anyone know of an ETA for the new bloodlines? Are they still likely to come out in January or is a further delay more likely? If they are still scheduled for January, when can we expect them? I think a lot of people are interested, particularly in the Khanid, so hopefully someone has read something, somewhere. WTB the character described in this post (or check my BIO). I'm paying very well!

sonofollo	Posted - 2006.01.11 11:10:00 - [9] u will find the chinesse server getting it up and running is more important at the moment from CCPs viewpoint given the business case taht apparently exists for it So bloodlines - dealing with macroers - fixing account password hacks as well as content development within tq are all mostly on hold - expect a kali pushback to 2007 as well thats just the way the ball bounces im afraid. Bloodlines eta - 4-6 months unless a dev speaks up otherwise :) which is highly unlikley (thats just my guesttimate) Im a happy little camper now - CCP 4tw.

If they were originally slated for RMR release and then the timeframe was reevaluated to 'January 2006' the bloodlines have to be nearly complete. In that case, I expect them to stick to their January timeline, simply because the delay was so short and specific, but the question becomes, when in January? At first I didn't like that they turned the Khanid into a 'race' but now I think it'll mean a lot to Khanid RP. I know a lot of people that are planning to start fresh as Khanids as a result, despite already having very experienced characters. WTB the character described in this post (or check my BIO). I'm paying very well!

Yeah, but the fact they can sell that 30mil sp char for several billion ISK will help that new life run alot smoother. Or they can use it to rat for a few hours in 0.0 and then transfer the millions to the new char, who will never have money problems. I'm expecting to see alot of well-funded, well-implanted Khanids. I know if I had a few billion extra lying around, starting a new bloodline char, sticking a set of +4s or 5s in, and ending up with all adv learning skills in the time it takes to get the basics to 5, won't hurt. Those first few months of skilling has to be a TON easier with good implants. Better stats + new froniters of RP + abbility for even newer players to compete to try and be one of the best of their bloodline, it's very appealing. Thx kieron but still was hoping to have started a new character by now, since the time you have giving as the ETA, is not good for me, kuz I'll be a way for long periods after the end of the month ..man I have some bad luck in the timing department I was hoping to get 2 weeks in before I that was to happen oh well, I am sure I'll still live
