Since scamming and misrepresentation is now a no-no, are you going to be using this as an excuse to shut down the Eve servers? I mean, you pretty much have to ban the entire playerbase at this point right? Are you telling me that every avatar in Eve is an exact representation of the player behind it?

Well, I guess the fix for this grievous error in judgement is to add more realistic body types and attributes to the character creator. Its time to add the double chins, the dunlops, the overhangs, the muffin tops, the butt guts, the moobs, the APTs, the acne and backne, the lazy eyes, the male pattern baldness, the female pattern baldness, the stretchmarks, the buck teeth, the missing teeth, the false teeth, the CPAP masks, prosthetic limbs and last but not least, all the behind the computer all day body styles.

Only when we are allowed to make perfect avatar copies of ourselves, can we be truly free of this ToS nightmare! You would be surprised at just how much of the playerbase would resculpt their avatars to a more realistic look.
