I saw him a few days ago in curse region flying a frigate. but i dont think he stayed very long since i locked him and blew him up while he jumped to another system

I met enforcer andy in curse and he struck me as a very nice guy. He was killed by a pk and said he would quit because he didnt want to mine 4 weeks for another cruiser. I am kind of shocked to hear that he has turned to ore thieving. However it is not unheared of that victims of griefing resort to griefing themselves

Enforcer Andy used to be in my corp. (Militech, back before Exodus was formed.)
For various reasons, Andy was not kicked from the corp, but he was also kept in the dark about the formation of Exodus. He left Militech because no one was doing anything about the sad state of the corp. (Truth was, a number of us were, we just weren't telling him.)
Andy is one of the best combat pilots I've met. The guy could've gone to great heights, one of the few people I know who could solo 0.0 cruiser pirate spawns (20-30k) in a frigate (Merlin) - He made insane profit doing it too.
Unfortunately, he had a serious attitude problem, which kept him from advancing in our corp and is clearly going to keep him from advancing anywhere in this game.
Being a former corp exec of his that he likes, I might be able to collect his corpse easily. :)
