i frankly don't care if this is outside the forum rules or not. i'm VERY much ****ed off. CCP has broken this game with another "stealth fix". they either nerfed missiles SO BAD now, or have stealth raised resists to NPC ships, but i cannot kill EVEN ONE SINGLE NPC CRUISER IN A FEROX!!! (5 heavy launchers, widowmaker missiles) this was not a problem pre-patch and only occured after last night's "fix" on the servers.
to the devs: you may think that we haven't noticed, but one person here has and will spread the word. i tolerated this crap from SOE for two years before i finally said f*** it, quit, and came here to EVE because i heard nothing but good things about this game and the devs that didn't pull this kinda stuff. my account is now cancelled; i am not about to sit here and put up with more SOE-style "fixes".

can I have ur character? I kill NPC cruisers easily with my megapulses, and I got lv large energy turret. not to mention at the range their at, I do 20 DPS, and I use Amarr medium drones on them.
and their toughness depends on their difficulty

wtf are you talking about? you must have Serioulsy bad missile skills to not be able to take down a cruiser in a ferox. Its either that or ure targeting the roid behind him?

Boy really. Go back to frigs till you get Guided Missile Precision and Target Navigation Prediction to IV at least.
You'll thank me later. Missiles users have it good right now.

So, you decide to quit the game over a small problem rather than trying to talk to ccp and find out what the problem is to get it solved for other people? Good riddence I say.
Incidentaly, I have no problems killing gurista's with my Rook using heavy missiles. A a guess you a) have seriously bad missile skills, and b) are shooting npcs with good thermal resists.

Hey if you think thats bad try being a projectile user.
Most of our guns are bugged and the others are barely adequate.

already have those. i have every single missile skill i can get either up to III or IV right now. i was doing fine before said patch. i had NO problem killing cruisers in my ferox setup, but now all of a sudden i do.
also, it's not due to good thermal resists, because the thunderbolt missiles do LESS damage then the widowmakers i switched to using.

Then you sir, have a problem. The game is fine. I fly missile ships almost exclusively and I (and all my corpmates) have had zero problems with missiles before or after RMR or the patch. I would (politely  ) suggest that you do a little more investigative work on what is wrong before you go jumping the gun and blaming CCP or anyone else.

Dunno about you, but my heavy ML launchers work fine vs frigs/dessies/cruisers/BCs/BSs, I only got 2 of em, and my missile skills are total crap!!
You sure you aint trying to kill a deimos player, or a officer NPC or somewhat?
What dmg hits do yr missiles do anyways?
