Did the people who made this game forget to put them in? or were there bugs? I never really got an answer...I mean, there are skills that are supposed to be used with them and even a tab in your character sheet screen. So people, where did they go?

This is a MMOG. Boosters/implants are not finished yet, try to be patient.

Apparently we're not that far in the timeline yet.
I look forward to them though! Hopefully they'll alter the character's portrait slightly so you can see what implants are being used (ie You'll see an eyepiece, like that fetching gentleman at the top left, over the character's eye if they have something boosting perception).

What the hell has that got to do with it?
Where does it say anything in that description about unfinished?
It's a GAME. It's ONLINE. And it involves a lot of people online together at the same time.
It is somewhat understood that this type of game evolves and is added to as time goes on, but that does not mean things that should be in at release and should function fall into this additional evolving content.
You might as well pass off any problem or unimplemented game element to that sorry excuse of excuses.

Hmmm, take a walk with me down memory lane, back to the good old days in Beta when the game was really fun. (Yea that's right, Eve Beta was more stable and fun then Eve Retail IMHO)
I remember the flame wars on the boards were the FanBoys always would say "It's just a beta, you can't expect everything to work right"
Well now it's Retail and less works now then did in Beta? What's up FanBoys, what lame excuse you got for us now?

Maybe beta was more fun sometimes (mostly because I was new and everything was so cool), but more stable? No way.
Or are you whining about the DoS attack? That has nothing to do with beta/retail.
Almost everything works right now. I never CTD, I've got stuck once and the petition was answered after ~2 hours, and much stuff is in the game. Many things are coming up, too.
I think some dev said that implants/boosters in fact ARE ready, but they will be introduced through the storyline.

I just cant wait until we can get attributes above 20, but by the time will train the skills to do that, it probably wont matter.

You have made comparisons to other games. Why?
Is that like saying (in your opinion) they are garbage so why should EvE be any different?
I made no inference as what EvE should be to me, except at least finished to a release level.
Instead we have a half finished game with major problems. New issues weekly combined with additional content being implemented with content that should have already been in the game leading to further issues that should have already been tested before release.*inhale*
The poor bastards are working their asses off and burning themselves out, all the while listening to people explode on a daily basis.
Addressing one issue at a time and eliminating the problem will get them there. Trying to do everything at once will only bury them for eternity.
The game released before it should, not much of an argument on these boards to that one.
How the future is handled will be the only saving grace and so far it hasn't been pretty.
Then again people around here forget very fast. A shining example was the latest wave of CTD's. It was all the blaster virus. Never happened before this and less then 24 hours after that major day the servers are just wonderful again. No more lag, no more CTD's.
A shiny new carrot is thrust upon the game and all problems and issues are forgotten, at least until the next issue is posted.
