lets crash all of the trade nodes once a day till CCP start dealing with the macros with a firmer hand...
the SWG players did this and the devs buckled...
seems like the only way to get the devs to take notice that the playerbase wants more action... ____________ The cargo bay is overloaded and cannot be made to fit Expanded Cargohold I. It is currently only capable of fitting 8772.12 units and it is currently jammed full with 9558.33 units. |

So instead of letting macro users ruin the game, you want to do it for them?
Yeah, that really sounds like a solution to all our problems. ______________________________________________

Ruining everyones play isn't very constructive. And CCP would be fully justified in suspending your acount for what is effectively a denial of service attack.

One way to get yourself banned I suppose, what do you think CCP are gonna do once you crash these nodes bring out their magic macro busting wand and get rid of them all in one swoop?
Macro miners are annoying, but ruining the game for everyone just to get rid of macro miners is silly and quite childish.

Ah, I see. So ruining it quickly is the solution.

So, you think ruining the game for the rest of the EVE community is a bright idea?
We need more geniuses like yourself in this game..
..I can't play the game how I want to so I might as well screw everyone else over..

im talking about the fact that something drastic needs to be done since the devs seem to care about the macros... ____________ The cargo bay is overloaded and cannot be made to fit Expanded Cargohold I. Hey, I got a better idea. Let's all quit EVE and play Solitaire. The Macro miners won't have anybody to sell ISK to.

bit odd that really when the thread title say's 'LETS CRASH A NODE' as for the macro issue, there's a sticky that say's 'discuss all stuff about macro's here'

No actually you came here suggestion we did the same thign as peopel did in SWG, thankfully the players in EVE are more mature than what you run into there.
Crashing it solves nothing, jsut makes the devs work more hard and in the end you only hurt yourself, CCP knows that the economy in this game is everything so ofcourse they will deal with it. Give them time.
Being childish solves nothing in the end, it never does.
Besides, macro miners are only still here because peopel buy from them, the more ppl buy the more will come.

No, your talking about being a retard and doing something retarded.
My plan is a better idea.. In fact lets make it even better by banning the rest of Regeneration as well.

CCP is doing what they can, they're not bloody miracle workers or gods, and crashing a node will do absolutely nothing. CCP ain't the SOE slackers, they work hard and do their best even if we don't feck up their game. ~{When evil and strange get together anything is possible}~ A tool is only useless when you don't know how to use it. - ActiveX The grass is always greener on the other side. - JoCool |

FYI, I remember before exodus came out Ravens were selling for around 100mil that was well before any mention of macro miners.

so... what you're saying is. Eventually, they will damage the economy so badly that they will do themselves out of business and so fix the problem themselves? At which point, the economy will recover.
Yeah!! act now! The laws of supply and demand are obviously broken! Nerf them now!
