Well we ( Bounty Hunter ) have some problem with this exploit when my prey is vanishing in nowhere. This is rediculess, Bounty Hunting is almost dead by Sensor booster CTD, and with this vanishing it DEAD complitly for lone Bounty hunter. When it will be fixed? Or make time limit longer more than 2 minuts' or make that ship will warp ( If he not warp screabled ) to random "safe" location in system, only there the ship will disappier.

And the time is screwey. You warp in, see rats, start to chase and they vanish. Most annoying. It ain't over till the fat lady falls on ya!

using sensor boosters is abuse! :P
but i agree, ships dissappear way too fast, loging seems to be an easy way out of crap and thats wrong it shouldent be
but ofc, now ppl will whine about them being killed after they log off because the "ship never dissappears", i suppose it will never be possible to get it perfect, we will always whine :)
but then again, it shouldent be safe to log out at a planet in 0.0 systems, find urself a station, thats where u are supposed to log out! :P _______

Lately I've been having net connection trouble. Comcast will be here on Saturday, at which point I'll inflict massive amounts of pain on the technician, but until then my connection can and has dropped every 5 minutes. With up to 1 hour between restoring connection. And I was in Curse...With 50 jumps back to base...
Until someone can guarantee a completely stable net connection and all the world has it, we're just gonna have to accept some game mechanics to protect people within reason from that type of instability.
What bounty hunting really needs is a method to contact your agent to find out the current location of a scalp remotely, without having to travel to your agent to get that information. Then there needs to be a method of pinpointing a person in the solarsystem. Then a bounty hunter can find out from his agent who's currently within reasonable range to hunt. Then find them before they get tired of laughing at the bounty hunter and logging out
I mean its like you want corporations to oblige each other like its sex or something. Pffft I would rather **** my enemy.- Rohann
Be careful out there. That other guy waiting in the queue for the gate MIGHT be a baby-munching frock-burner, YOU JUST DON'T KNOW!- Lallante |

I'd love to contact my agent remotely - I've used him a couple of times to locate people but only once has it resulted in me catching someone.
