Capital ships, Titans, Racial skills for Dreadnought titans, Freighters.... Carriers, Advanced spaceship command..
I think it would be nice on the wallet of many to get the skills cheaper/If not exchangable for Loyalty points from missions/Offers.
On High level agents. Courrier mission agents would give out freighters and other affiliated ship skillbooks...
Maybe on Level 5 agents, if they EVER come out.. Or maybe some high end level 4...
Anyone?

A while ago my agent offered me Military Connections for 15k LP or so, which sold for 125 mill. So they might not have THE correct skill you need, but there are some, and the money can buy you waht you need :)

Level 4 Production agent has been giving me a selection of R&D research skillbooks, some of which sell quite well. Of course the 15k connections book are as good as gold. They also trade readily with others who have connections books that you lack.
Advisory agents from starter schools like to reward you with skillbooks (stacks of them) and those sell well, just see the npc station price, drop your price by 5k and wait...someone will buy it. Your only real competition are the npc vendors and they don't lower their prices to 0.01 isk under yours every 12 hours. (Don't ya hate that??)

I am currently waiting on my agent to offer me the military connections skill. The agent has given the same skill to two of my other corp mates.
Since I want the skills more than the isk, I will be keeping and training the skill.
I agree with you that it would be nice if you could talk with an agent and see what they have to offer. Along with how many LP's the offer requires.
That way you could locate the agent you want and work missions/jobs for them.

THe skills were designed to be hard on the wallets. They are an isk sink. To remove some isk from the game. As there is too much in it at the moment according to the Devs
