So i just created my sixth account!! and i went for Caldari, and realised all my main characters are Caldari  . Six accounts and 6 caldari. (Though Toman'Torax isn't my main, just an alt character) I wonder why it is I always I prefer Caldari, maybe they really are the master race in EVE. I need to delete one soon to make way for an Achura, again a Caldari. Anyone else an EVE racist?

well i have an account with a deitis and an account with civire and am going to make an achura when they come out. but i thought i was obsessed with 3 accounts. 6 accounts? good grief

Caldari so far have been good to me, I have no problems with them, they're nice trade partners/associates. Their ships aren't that unappealing either. Pretty average all around. Though it is creepy seeing the war relics in their space, doesn't exactly make me feel safe in Caldari space.
Minmitar don't seem to be the sharpest knives in the drawer, but this can often lead to some nice deals with them. Personalitywise they tend to be a bit too ruthless and warlike for my tastes, and their ships are rather ugly.
Amaar... well... I just tend to stay away from them... Don't really know much about them, but they're not very profitable so far, plus they endorse slavery, and don't follow a representative government, so that's rather unsavory...
Gallente are essentially superior in all respects, they've got the brains, the goods, and the location, plus their ships look the best. Gotta say I'm glad to be one.
Don't MEAN to be racist, and would love to meet some bright Minmitar or ethical Amaar, however for the moment at least I prefer gallente over any other race.
On a side note, is this really where this post should go? Seems like more of a general discussion topic to me...

Kind of off topic, but sorry, WTF mate. six accounts?!?! what the heck do you need six accounts for? do you actually play all those accounts? one at a time? or you run all six simultaneously?
I'm the type of player who believe in one account and only one char, and six account is just overkill. sorry for the rant. Peace!

No i don't play them all simultaneously, that would overheat my cpu to melting point  Basically it started out with my first account, the attributes I chose weren't really good for combat, so i made another account because my main had like 10mill+ sp. By the time I trained up my seconnd character to about 5 mill sp I decided combat wasn't really profitable. I'm not a hardcore player; I do level 1/2 missions in a Raven, lol. I made a miner character and found out its quite profitable. I made a another account specifically for hauling which was useful. I then decided it would be rewarding if I actually built something for myself to use, so i made a manufacture, he's not done yet. And the other day decided maybe another miner would be good  . I shuffle account usage depending on my mood. If i feel like shooting guns i use my combat characters, id i need money i mine. So there you are, in conclusion i have too much money. Might get rid of my newest caldari for a gallente, need some variety.

Used to play a Caldari, but once you go Minmatar you never go back.
Love the looks of the ships, the faction theme, and you gotta admit, the sunglasses are just plain sexy.

I suppose the Token Amarr has to pipe in, Ethics right that's a cereal isn't it? Slavery hmmm worked for the Romans and that was a representative a Government, I suppose this only goes to show that deep down every race is longing for an Emperor to rule them, they just don't realize it yet.

i ended up caldari because the friend who suggested the game to me suggested the race also,but i found their ships rather boring,i dont like railguns,(nor ions,really) and lobbing missles all day while shield tanking just sucked,i looked into other races,and stumbled across the rifter,i slapped a MWD on it with some autocannons,and i havnt flown anything besides minmatar since (im not even past caldari cruisers now,as opposed to the minmatar carrier im closing in on)

I'm also Caldari loyalist. When I looked into the game, I decided I wanted to play with lots of interesting combat toys, rather than just guns. Drones were attractive, but in the end I went ECM and there's no substitute for the Blackbird really.
I also like the purely functional look of the Caldari ships. Other races tend to be sleeker or streamlined, but who needs streamlining in space? In addition, the Gallente ships tend to look like novelty sex toys, IMO.
Lastly, the idea of armour tanking just doesn't appeal. I mean, this is an advanced technological society, what kind of neofeudal culture relies on physical armour for protection?

Have you thought about tranferring your hauler account onto one of your other accounts? It should only take a month to train a hauler alt up to level 5 anyways. And selling your first crappy character for isk to fund your fighter/miner characters?
Your only be paying out 40 quid a month that way. If you want to make another character you should aim for Gallente i like the dominix its suited for anything.
mmm the number of ebil and decieving things you could get up to with that many characters makes me tingle.

Hmm, unless you delted the previous account when you start a new one, and not refering an alt as "anoter account", you are paying $100 a month just on eve, and you can only play so many accounts at a time..

I like my Minmitar, I guess I've always been the underdog in real life. Its taught me to do alone, either through cunning, trickery or sheer intelligence, what most people need a team to do. Ive never beed too worried about looks as far things go and prefer streanght through versitility than anything else. but hey, thats just me.

Like i said earlier, i don't actually play them all simultaneously. At most at any one time would be 3 accounts, the 2 miners and the one hauler. the second hauler isn't 'ripe' for using yet, another week or two and i can use it full time with the other miner.

Of course in Roman slavery, slaves could eventually hope for freedom, and even citizenship, something the Amarr choose to deny their slaves. Amarran slavery is more on a level with that practiced by the southern USA in the 1700s through 1865, where the slave was denied any hope of recognition as a human being. You self centered Amarran Bastiches make me sick.

I created Caldari when I started, didn't really know much about the game.
However when I created an Alt I went Ammar, for the simple reason that it was the lowest Charisma that I could get! Gave me a fairly balanced character, though perception was a little lower than I would have liked.
New Caldari bloodline looks good though :)
I created characters for their attributes, only takes a couple of hours to train a new Frig skill for another race.
