I'm intaki. These are my base attributes.
INT 8
CHA 8
PER 8
MEM 7
WIL 8
Lowest base CHA for intaki is 8 right?

i would go 8 mem instead of will...

Right. nicely balanced, can go any route you want with that. If you're leaning slightly towards combat that's perfect. If not, still beautiful.

peronsonal I would make
CHA 7
and
MEM 8
as you would gain more attribute points from attribute skills quicker

Nicely balanced...as balanced as possible for a Gallente Intaki. The Intaki base Charisma is 6. You chose the "Artist" Ancestral Line and received +2 Charisma (and +2 Perception). The "Diplomat" line is +4 Charisma, and the "Reborn" line (like myself) is +4 Memory.

Been playing for 3 weeks now, how would you all rate this?
Not sure what I am going to do really, was interested in Research/Mining. As far as helping out my corp I am interested in a good balance of Electronic Warfare/Gunnery
So far for bills I have doing mining in a Osprey, with lvl 3 Cruiser/4 mining/4 refining.

I re-rolled 870k SP for these same attributes, was the best decision I could've made for the long run. (Originally had base 3 Perc.)
I've almost recouped that 870k SP in 1/2 the time.

same as my alt atribbutes =)
with learnings u will get:
18
15(i dont need cha)
18
18(if train till 5 adv)
18
as u know u get +1 bonus on 10 stat and +1 on 21. Add + 3 intlants and u will get +4 to all =)
one more thing, ANY skill from navigation,ships,guns or drones etc. take same time to learn and i just know - 1th rank - 4d 8h till 5th lvl and don`t care which attributes is prime and secondary =)

balanced stats only stay balanced for a short time. Some implants are easy to get and cheap to buy, those for memory are a bit nuts pricewise.
A level foundation isn't a bad idea though. In a way, you wind up fixing in place character stats right at the beginning, when you know about nothing about the game (if your first character) and which will affect you for the life of the character. No game does a good enough job of stressing the impact of this initial choice.
I started about equal, now after learnings to advanced 4 and various implants, my stats are all in the 19-22 range.

Pretty balanced, but given the amount of pertinent charisma skills, try to give that stat the short end of the stick.
Also, charisma implants are the cheapest to buy, by far. You can get a +4 for 50 million.

However, the only way for Intaki to get non-abysmal perc is to take the +2C +2P profession. It's worth it.

well then, we are two of a kind aren't we? Im really liking these attributes. I change my mind often, so I think having everything equal suits my needs best.

I agree, who knows where the game might go in the future. Look at charisma for the Leadership skills and how the RMR T2 ships needed that.
Besides, being "forced" to start with 8 charisma did make training up the social family easier. A must if you mission run more than casually.

I started my first char
8/9/6/8/8
but its hard to have hair and a sebestor:(

How do you guys find out starting attris from what I have now?
Attris are as follows
19 (+3)
20 (+3)
15 (+2)
19 (+1)
22 (+3)
Learning skills look like this. Learning to lvl 5, all advanced learning skills to 4 except charisma which I only have Empathy skill to level 2. HELP!

The EVE Character Manager will tell you where your attributes come from, and it's a handy program in other ways too. Find a link somewhere on these forums.
