To carve a successful niche for yourself in EVE you need to be able to out sell, out produce, out fight,-á out run, or out wit your competitors.
If you can do none of the above, your only option is to complain on the forums that somehow you are at a disadvantage using the exact same tool set-áas the rest of the player base. |

I have been known to spam trade windows with spammers of Jita. It is quite satisfying when they convo you screaming about reporting me for it. It normally provokes me to open another trade window with them. |

I rather see ships unused become fun to use, modules and ammo types worth, new graphics and eye candy effects than new tools for destruction and wealth that might not be that useful if the previous were balanced.
Add new content in a sandbox where player created content IS the content, is difficult if not worthless when stuff is not used/worthless/useless, however give them proper tools to make their content, this IS however the best choice.
Rather have proper marauders and black ops than new shiny crap unbalanced worthless or eye candy. We've got time for that once old stuff is put at days taste (balanced) and tech (graphics/designs etc) and it's already a huge work to achieve.
If on top we can get some old stuff like POS/POOs revamp industry scanning exploration (fck the minigame!!!) etc, then it's all nice.
Eve is about who puts his foot in his neighbors mouth, not about a golden eye a silver skirt or a pink Tengu.

Agreed. But (putting on tinfoil cap) what if the hacking minigame is merely a placeholder? We know that as recently as last year CCP was working on avatar gameplay for exploration sites (see the Team Avatar thread). Doesn't it seem more likely that the avatar gameplay described by CCP Bayesian simply wasn't ready for Odyssey than the odd hacking minigame was the centerpiece of their 2013 expansion?
Maybe I'm just projecting my own desire for avatar exploration sites / walking in stations in the Winter Expansion.

At the latest it will be launched at December 4, which gives CCP just enough time to bug fix what needs to be bug fixed before CCP staff en mass goes on holiday.
So that's, uhm... 84 days left, skip some weekends and you're left with something like 63 days.
