After receiving confirmation from keiron that I can release it, I'm proud to annouce:
http://npc.elfarto.com
This NPC database contains all their damage/resistances/special abilities in a clean, easy to use site, that also works ingame!
Some of the information in the database appears to be incorrect (for instance, Chelm Soran does 300k dps  ), and some of the resistances appear to be 1% out, but this is due to the data export t20 provided.
Any bugs you find or features/infomation you'd like, just drop me an eve-mail and I'll see what I can do (sending ISK might make me more helpful  ).
Mods, any chance of some lub and getting a temp. sticky?

Very nice :).
I assume you have that stuff stored in some type of database table. Any chance of getting the "raw" data so I can put it in Access?

Ship class isn't included in the database.
I had pictures, but I couldn't get the layout right, and I though if your in the middle of a laggy complex, the last thing you'd want would be graphical websites

Zor has a yes on warp scrambling. Zor used to web from 20km before RMR but never scrambled. Might be a typo.

Great site, thanks. It's saved me a couple of times already.
Is there anyway to include NPC sensor strength/type? (If available, ofc.) This would save me from going to another site for that info, and I'm lazy.

Whoa, that was fast =)
odd bit though, i remember people complaining about Kyoukans shield boosting to the point of annoyance, and think i remember seeing the shield boost effect on them for that matter... but the database doesn't list shield boosting chance for them? ^^;;
(just not sure if they got changed, or maybe if database code gets confused somehow and doesn't list it)
edit: incidentally, rotfl at the names of some rats. "Guristas Harlot Procurer" o,O;

Now, it seems that the Kyoukans were using the old generic entityShieldBoostDelayChance attribute, which in theory makes them immune to nos'ing..?

Updated the site.
I've added an advance search page which allows you to narrow the search to NPCs that web and/or scramble.
Also added a Top 5 NPC's to the first page.
