Its been a few days since my last report. I have to say finding information on the events leading up to and through the destruction of the moo battleship has been like getting MoO terrorists to stand and fight.
Both sides in this event are very tight lipped. But i have found some interesting information. Firstly contrary to earlier speculation the number of ships involved has been found to be six. I can catagorically say that none of the captains involved in the battles have posted here http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=27349 so most of the information there is hearsay and speculation.
We have however gained a massive insight into the terrorist organisation moo.
Contrary to popular belief and their own hype they are not well organised, firstly after this battle none of moo seem to know the actual events or if Magua had even lost a ship, to not notice the loss of a capital ship is suprising for a corp that brags such skill and organisation. Also no backup was forthcoming in the battle, proving the co-ordination is poor unless you face them on thier terms.
Secondly I first reported that the search and rescue was unable to find any remains of the ship or crew, this is in fact because the group which attacked Magua had taken all the remains afterwards. Here i show the report of Caldari Navy analyst Delaris Candra.
The wreckage and bodies have been passed over to the caldari navy for inspection and gives us an insight into the state of the moo terrorist organisation.
Firstly the weapons loadout, the scorpion was fitted with 250mm prototype rails, something which we have as yet been unable to manufacture, we can only guess these have been looted by the terrorists from either the Gurista brothers pirate clan or the Angel cartel, showing even these organisations are against the terrorists. And also was suprisingly not kitted out fully for electrical warfare. It had H-50 heavy launchers which are the basic types available on the market. The bodies of the Moo crew which were recovered were mainly too damaged for conclusive tests but DNA and chemical analysis on those who could be traced have been found them to be the reprobates of society. Drunks, outcasts and those who cannot find success within the capitalist society of Caldari, most have no family or freinds and could not even afford clones, this is a luxury only for the captains of moo. Tests on the crew are still ongoing.
Admiral Ralyetee commented on the situation. The most shocking was the build of the ship, hairline fractures were found in many of the pieces of hull and the armour was of a very poor standard. This has led to speculation that moo are using unskilled labour to build thier ships or, more intriging, their supplier is purposfully building in weaknesses.
"It is no suprise the terrorists have a problem finding skilled crew and captains for their ships, and this explians the poor performance of the ship, i know from tests with our own Scorpion class ships and clashes with the Guristas and other pirate gangs like M3G4 this battleship should have no problem against 5-6 cruisers. Also it shows woefull underfunding that they should be retro-fitting cruiser guns to their Battleships, a laughable state of affairs! That they should be handing out battleships to untrained commanders shows their desperation, they are known to have under 30 ships captains in this organisation, we await to see if Magua will continue in his high ranking role. Perhaps this explains their preference for "soft" civilain targets, it gives the Caldari Navy great confidence in future clashes with Moo"
I have also gained a quote from one of the publicity shy captains who destroyed Magua, he has asked to remain annonymous for the time being.
"We were suprised at the lack of a fight Magua put up, i had been hoping to be put in command of a Scorpion pretty soon but after seeing that performance im thinking of sticking with my cruiser!! One thing i would give Magua credit for though, he is amazing at piloting an escape capsule!! I have never seen pods flown with such skills."
Quafe are said to be trying to secure a sponsorship deal with the freelancers who carried out this daring raid, but its been commented the lurid flashing banners may give the ships away on approach to their targets. The pilot of the kestrel has been approached to make a cameo appearance in the new series of Space 10990 as an ace of the blacksquad, we can only hope his acting skills are as good as his piloting.
People of Caldari have wondered for so long what the aim of the Moo Terrorists was, it seemed to be just to destroy the very foundations of Eve at one point, but now they have lost thier way. As the Caldari navy sets up Scanners on the jump gates to stop hostiles using them and policing is ramped up moo are slowly dying. A new breed of Terrorist hunters has been born, and a new breed of evil, in pirates who will only fly the jolly rodger* in non-empire spa |

Hey bentguru it is very hard to tell what something carries from the smoking wreckage i guess. Thats not a bad deetails. They at least show us they do not use bs guns. cheers persy |

As an unofficial representative of the drunks and reprobates of society, it shoul be said that this would be found a good half of the galactic population, at least the more fun and interesting portion, and shouldn't be considered as significant information. Well what an interesting post, my first guess would be that magua was on his way to get his real loadout after clonejumping to fetch his new scorpion bs, and from what I've heard, Stavr0s isn't doing any unskilled labour

I know because I work at vet in his town and he brings these dogs in with their tongue stuck to roof of mouth and one eye glued shut.
