Well my problem is that i cant see what the other people are typing in local channel or alliance channel.
I dont have them blocked.
If i want to see what they are typing i have to add them to my adress book and its a mess because every time someone who is in my adress book log in the game i get lag and i have many allready
With my other characters i dont have this problem!
Anyone can help me?

The problem is you put 0 isk in the CSPA charge, or set the CSPA to blocked by default.

Open mails, right click on Inbox, select Settings.
Should be clear what to do now

I've done that , i had everyone blocked , but my problem now is that the settings doesnt stay the way i set them.
I choose CSPA controlled service click "OK" but still i cant see what the other people type and when i go back to settings i see that its again set to Blocked and everytime i set it doesnt stay .
What should i do now??

PROBLEM SOLVED
i was in space when i put the settings that didnt stay
i tryed that in a station and it works!
