First let me say I am not a new player, I beta tested eve and played eve for one year then stopped for a litle more than one year and came back after RMR patch and I already asking myself why I came back, sad isn't it ?
This game is great in many ways and not comparable to any other game I played but my main problem with the dev policy is that small bugs never get fixed or they get fixed after many month where I am sure it would require less than 1 hour to fix it... (I am a programmer too and I know that fixing bug is not an really motivating thing but it is needed).
Now the current problems I have with the game:
The insta jump problem (having each player store hundreds or more bm) is discussed since I started playing eve, yet nothing is still done to make them useless, don't tell me that in more than a year they couldn't find a solution...
the drone bug which seems to be around for a really long time and no attempt to fix it was made, it makes me loose one or two drone each time I need to esacape for repair, I suppose that players with big drone specialized ship already jumped through a window...
(for those you don't know, drones are coming back to ship only if they feel like it and they are coming back at a ridiculous speed)
And the lag, I was already told that before RMR everything was good, the suns were shining but how can I totally trust this ? My reasons for suspending my account were the lag, the never fixed bugs (I don't remember them all but there were a lot of small ones including the blinking warp tunnel) and now I came back and the lag is even worse than before...
I don't even expect someone from the dev team to read this ( I no longer believe in santa claus) but I want to know what you, the other players who play for more than one year , think about this and about the way this game is developed. I prefer to wait a little more for ground breaking new features and play a rather bug free game, and you ?

This is my main character...
I don't see any interest in hiding myself.
You can call that whining if you wish but we all pay to play, no ? Actually I can't play with drones and lag.
I can't think I am the only one to feel this way.

I don't see how the OP can troll.
But he makes some good points. Although, I found the lag to go WAY down after this latest patch.

Just look at the mostly fictional patch notes ... 
%I hope the QA team survived their winter holidays and are back now for the coming changes.
Maybe with the renewed strength and newyear's resolve they'll reach 90% bug rating instead of only 60%?% 
I just hope they'll get rid of the lag spikes sooner than later.
Drones did behave pretty good around christmas. Dunno why they had to be tweaked again.
There was hardly any lag before RMR, that's true. It's been quite good.
I hope the new HQ will have a positive effect on the dev team. They need their old sharp edge back.
