You won't get your money back. Next time either buy from or through someone a bit more trusted like Chribba, rather than people with 10 pages of people screaming about how it's a scam.

If it makes you feel better I ended up at a strip club once and lost like a fourth of that amount stupidly.

Keep us posted with CCP actions on your situation please. You should have some chat logs, or emails with that Alice and scamming should be against CCP rules. I hope u will get back your 95b. Interesting experience. |

Straight up scamming is allowed, however if the scam was accomplished through some sort of griefing or by exploiting some mechanic then it could potentially be a violation under those provisions. Only if you can prove or make the case for either of the latter two should you hope for or expect reimbursement.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience -- sounds like griefing to me.
In an attempt to stay topical and prevent this thread/post from being moderated out of existence...are you looking for an already built titan, or would you be willing discuss a contract to build one? ;)

When buying a Titan I was deceived, and CCP anyway? what kind of things are ...
the seller and the third party must be held responsible! petition to answer anything at all is not intelligible. CCP you have ever read the petition? I bought Titan Erebus, not some Nyx.
Please help me how to deal with this scam, which the CCP to close their eyes.! |
