I would really like and find useful if CCP would bring a new freighter ship bigger and more capable than the Charon, one that would have at least three times the cargo capacity because I for example cannot find enough time ship enough minerals to produce all of the ships I would like to, so it feels as if I have reached a certain limit as to the development of tier one ship production. I for instance make every t1 fighter drone, Caracals, Thorax, Vexors, Ruptures, Nagas and Talos, and it takes so much time to transport the minerals just from Jita to a nearby two jump facility, its just not that fun, and I would like to make Ferox, Cyclones, Hurricaines, Myrmidons and eventually many others, but I probably couldn't because of the time to transport the materials and the ships. I personally wouldn't mind paying say 5 billion for a ship that would have like 3 times the cargo capacity of a charon, and wouldn't mind spending a month or two training for it.
So I know that probably it has been already suggested and that CCP has already considered this a few times, but I just wanted to give my humble opinion on this. Thanks. |

The only solution I could imagine is some kind of ORE freighter with a special mineral bay. Also, It will most likely be profitable to gank, if someone can be bothered to loot.
Remove insurance. |

Place buy orders for your minerals at your manufacturing base.
No more hauling. Of course you will have to pay little more to persuade people not to just sell in Jita. |

I don't mind a bigger and better freighter but it still wont solve the issue of hauling. It takes time... lots of it and it's booring and not realy profitable in general.
i would like to see something that would make hauling faster and less time consuming.

You know there's a good reason that a max skilled Charon is just short of 1mil m3 and that there are no ways of boosting it?
Hint: size of a packaged capital ship is 1mil m3. |

If it carried 3 times as much, it'd be at least 3 times as big, which would be one big, materials intensive, long build time ship. By the time you paid for it, you could have run thousands of Red Frog contracts, made your profit, and reinvested.
but if it's going to be done, I say Titan-sized freighter FTW

Don't haul the minerals then. Build and sell in situ instead. You're just contributing to Jita congestion and the death of smaller markets, further forcing everyone to go to Jita. |

You could always take some of your profits and use it to hire space truckers like Red Frog, or recruit your own cadre of hauler mooks.
