I have been waiting patiently basicaly since RmR patch for the lag issue to be resolved in this constelation and after what, 3 weeks??, it still hasnt been addressed
i dont mean to be a whiner or anything but is anyone at CCP actually aware that this constelation is rediculously lagged??
i DO realise that there are plenty more places i could go to play the game but this is where all the agents are i want to use etc so i hang around here (and also seems looking at the forums that the lag is pretty universal). As i said, i dont mean it to be a whine but its getting kinda tedious not being able to play the game i love.. i dont care about what it costs for the game, i'll continue paying for it quite happily cos i can still train my skills etc while i go play another game and i know it will be sorted out eventually but tbh its taking a fair bit of time for the game to be fixed after the patch...... too long :(
any comment from a CCP staffmember??

Have you been reading the dev blogs at all? Do you think they are going to rush out to the nearest shop and buy a couple a new machine just for you? They are sorting it out, stop whining.

One thing I would love to see is that the devs made the players in space less sensitive, looking for a quiet place to do some simple stuff is... well impossible since the whole of empire nowadays is bright yellow over warm red, it is simply impossible to find a decently low populated system by using the map over any reasonable time period.
Simply make the formula that decides how big a glowing blob is less sencitive and it will be easier to use the map to find out where people are and where they are not.

How about reading the dev blogs. They are doing, the thing is just that you can't buy off the shelf hardware for one of the world's top-500 supercomputers.
