Kilvil Shockwave Unlimited 0	Posted - 2013.09.23 11:12:00 - [1] - Quote Recruitment Intro Shockwave Unlimited is a relatively new corp (12 months) that is now focusing on the corp as an entity, rather than a corp being a group of people that get together and chat whilst doing their own thing. A corp (or corporation) in game should bring people together for a common goal. Shockwave Unlimited corp has these goals set and it's members are working as a team to achieve them. If you like a structured corp, that relies on you as a member to achieve it's goals, then this is the corp for you. Read on for more information about the corp and what being a member may entail. What is Shockwave Unlimited? Shockwave Unlimited is a corporation of members concentrating on having fun, helping fellow corp members and working towards a common goal. The long term and main goal of the corporation is simple: The corp is to become successful enough to benefit the members in every aspect of the game. It currently resides with it's members in High Sec space and is concentrating on High/Low Sec operations. It is an opportunistic corporation that will take resources in Null sec and Worm Hole space when opportunity arises. Resources include everything PvE. (rats, anomalies, ore, signatures etc). The corp believes that having every member involved builds trust, builds member satisfaction, stabilizes member retention rate and inevitably builds a successful corp. Short term goal: The corp is to gain more members that want to be involved in making the corp successful. More information on the recruitment process is outlined below. Short to mid term goal: To build a competent small/medium PvP fleet. The corp will speak to PvP experienced pilots willing to FC and structure a fleet, fit for purpose to protect PvE fleets and roaming for targets. These pilots must be non-elitist, non-egotistical and willing to work with the corp members to gain experience. Other PvP pilots with variable experiences that would like to become a member and be part of this experience are welcome. Medium to long term goal: To utilise the experience we have in High/Low sec PvE and the newly gained experience in PvP and build infrastructure and capability in Null sec. This will not remove any current High/Low sec infrastructure or capabilities, they will remain and pilots unwilling to go to Null Sec can also remain. It is grow capability for our members to experience more of the game. What does the corp expect of you? You need be a pilot that yearns for tasks in order for the corporation to grow. There will be plenty of time for your individual tasks, and if the corp is in a position to do so, will help you every way it can. But, corp tasks come first... because the corp will be in a better position to help you the more successful it is. The only way it becomes successful is with corp members that are involved and willing. All this talk about tasks. What do they involve? Think of anything a corporation might need done day-to-day, POS fuel shipped from A to B, jobs started in manufacturing slots, mining operations for corp, protection fleet for shipping valuable items; the list can go on and on. There will be plenty of time for other game play to do whatever individuals or groups of members want. How do I join? Join UNLTD Recruits channel in game to say hi and have a chat. I've posted, what now? The recruitment team will screen your character/characters and have a chat to you in game. They may ask that you join TS to have a chat. The corp only wants recruits/members that are willing to be involved including on comms. I'm a recruit, awesome... what now? You will not need to ask this question. A current member will be assigned as your "Buddy" to ensure that you have a smooth transition into the corporation. This includes answering questions and helping you relocate. The corp can be tasked to help you relocate if needed on advice from your buddy. Your buddy will be tasked to you for a period of two weeks and will have a major roll in deciding if you are to become full member. This time frame will not be altered for anyone. A decision will be made either way after the two week period. So, if you are a pilot that thinks he/she can flourish in a structured corporation, which will provide content and enable members to be the best they can be in game. The corp is structured and has set short/Medium and long term goals. The corp is looking for pilots that want to be involved in daily corp tasks or operations (PvE and PvP). The corp believes that success is derived from involved, active and willing members. Corp tasks or operations will NOT take up your whole game time. The recruitment process will screen your character/s and you'll be accepted or rejected as a recruit.
