Captain Noar is a year old character (2005.01.05) to whom I strongly recommend a serious arse kicking.
If any bounty hunters out there feel this is not enough incentive, I'm happy to make the bounty more attractive.
And if you do take him on, make sure you save all the enjoyment for yourself.

I wish there was a way to know who put a bounty on you. Until I saw this I thought it was the guy with the hauler full of T2 stuff.
I can't have my alt pop me for my bounty atm since I have implants.
I could use my jump clone sometime later to clear the bounty, will do that after I am done training my current skill.
Don't bounty me, it's a waste of your money and my training time.

despite popular opinion. pirates LIKE having a high bounty. Very few pilots would claim their own.

How can you "own" someone who offers no resistence. "Owning" implies superior skills, not simple theft. When Noar failed to meet me I assumed he was scared of a pilot who was not afk...

Wide, you're grasping at straws on this argument. We can all tell when you start attacking peoples grammar or word choice and not the subject. Why dont you learn your lesson and not afk in low sec anymore. Oh, and dont ask for your cans back from pirates anymore rofl.
