For auction:
10 (Ten) ISS Borealis Shares
These shares are genuine, dividend-yielding shares. Now is an ideal time to be an investor -- get in before the first lump-sum dividend from office sales is paid!
Terms:
1. Shares can be transferred by me personally or brokered through a broker of your choice. ISSBO will broker the transaction for free, NAGA or BIG for a small fee which is payable by the buyer. Seller is not responsible for third-party delays if the buyer chooses to use a brokerage service.
2. The shares are sold as a single lot and will not be divided.
3. In-game bids are not accepted. Feel free to ask me a question if you catch me online, though.
4. In the interests of protecting privacy, alt-bids are welcomed and encouraged. Because alt bids are being solicited, if the transaction has not been completed in 72 hours after the end of auction I reserve the right to sell to the next highest bidder.

Yes, the shares pay a monthly dividend. The last dividend paid on Marginis shares was 4.7%. Part of what makes these Borealis shares special is that the first dividend has not yet been paid, meaning that you get in on the "ground floor" and get a piece of the first dividend payment, which will include income from sale of offices in the Borealis station.

so, how long time is between payments and how much did last times 4.7% pay out ?

As I said previously, shares pay out dividends on a monthly basis. Marginis' first dividend was in the 12% range IIRC, and the second one was that previously-mentioned 4.7%. The payout per share is equal to the monthly income of Marginis divided by 3600 (the number of shares originally issued).
These monthly dividends will go up and down, but the first dividend payout will always be higher than the following ones because it includes office sales.
(On a lighter note, recently S-A has been of the habit of camping Marginis, getting sploded, docking, buying a new ship, undocking, and getting sploded again. Now that broker fees and sales taxes go to ISSMO instead of to CCP, these shenanigans are contributing directly to our shareholders' bottom line. Want to increase the value of your investment?
